My name is Glennetrius Neal, but you can call me "Coach G"! I get the opportunity to be up close and personal with you. I am a cheerleader and champion for women leaders and organizations, a wife, mother, businesswoman, entrepreneur, Christian, and I get to serve you in what I am passionate about...You! As your Leadership & Growth Coach Strategist, Empowerment Speaker, and Best-Selling Author, I help you WIN in your life and business by shifting your perspectives to elevate growth, transitioning you from where you are to your what's next, and embracing a wholistic approach on your growth journey.

Let me share an up-close snapshot of what brought me to this place on my journey.

I am the girl who grew up as the only child in a single-parent home with my mom. Growing up I always longed to have a close bond with a sister who I could share my struggles with; laugh, cry, love, and, yes, fight a little. Although it was a pain point, it became my growing passion which brought me to this place of purpose.

After many personal struggles, as most of us can experience, I wrote this personal mission with a vision in 2010, “To live an abundant life on purpose that serves, creates, inspires, motivates, and empower women to live in her full potential by using the gifts God has created in me to share with the world; personally and professionally.”

In 2020, I was faced with challenges in my physical body which was a “Wake Up” moment in every area of my life. They often say pain and passion produces purpose. This was the truth for me. I realized I was sleepwalking through my life. So, the alarm sounds off (my pain) and I Wake Up (my passion)! Why? Because my life was calling. My calling is leading women successfully from the classroom to the boardroom because we are meant to grow and develop in all chapters of our life. My purpose is to help you WIN in your life and business, elevating your growth-ness from where you to your what's next.

Maya Angelou inspires me with this quote, “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.”

Our mission is our compass. For so long, I was navigating through my life with a broken compass because I was not aware of the significance carried within me. Now, I get to live a life on a mission to empower women leaders and organizations across the globe motivating you beyond the moment to create habits in fulfilling your success story with Purpose. Meaning. Style. 

On a personal note, here are some things that make my life so rich: gratitude journaling, prayer and worship, spending time with my family, friends and sisterhood community, cuddle time with my hubby, reading self-help and inspirational books, entertaining, shopping, learning new things, embracing the moments, volunteering, and moreover...I LOVE UNITING, CELEBRATING, CONNECTING, MOTIVATING, INSPIRING YOUNG GIRLS and WOMEN which has marked my "WHY" in life!
